Mathematica Policy Research is a nationally recognized, nonpartisan firm that conducts social policy research on healthcare, nutrition, welfare, education, labor, disability and related topics. We currently have a position open for a Human Resources Intern in our Princeton, NJ location.
The responsibilities of the position include:
Assisting recruiters with job postings
Assisting with benefits administration
Preparing recruitment packets
Maintaining electronic employee files
Generating and mailing business letters
Working on individualized tasks and projects
General clerical HR tasks (filing, copying, faxing)
Working toward a degree program in Psychology or Business major
Strong interest in Human Resources
Experience in Word and Excel
Good organizational skills
Office experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours, 3 days a week
